Check the game version and materials
Review the author’s Minecraft version, mod requirements and material list. The overlay is a building guide: displaying it does not place the blocks, and your game must support the blocks it uses.
Load the schematic in Litematica
Install Litematica and its dependencies for your Minecraft version, place the .litematic file in your instance’s schematics folder, and load it through the mod menu. Consult the mod documentation for the current controls.
Convert to another format
Use the blueprint page or local viewer to convert a .litematic file to WorldEdit or Create NBT. The source is unchanged. Check older-version replacements, modded blocks and block entities before using the output.
Common questions
Is a Litematica blueprint the same as a schematic?
Blueprint is a general term for a saved structure. Litematica uses the .litematic format, which is often called a projection file in Chinese Minecraft communities.
Can WorldEdit paste a .litematic file?
Convert it to a supported WorldEdit .schem format first. Test materials, orientation and dimensions in a backed-up world before pasting it into your build.
